(hereinafter “PMSI,” "we" or "us") for the mutual benefit of the identified medical professional(s) or corporation(s) whose name(s) are found in the About Us Page of this Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service have ratified your decision to opt-in to receive information and email communications form PMSI and the medical professional and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, (see tab above) and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.
